What lease terms are available at Residences at Pier 40?
We offer a minimum lease term of 12 months.
Are utilities included in the rent payment?
Utilities are not included in the rent.
How do I apply to rent one of the apartment homes at Residences at Pier 40?

How much is the application fee at Residences at Pier 40?
The application fee is $75 per adult. A $500 refundable reservation fee is also required and will be credited toward your first month’s rent.
Are the apartments furnished at Residences at Pier 40?
Apartments are unfurnished.
How do I pay rent?
To make rent payments as convenient as possible, we offer several options. Our preferred method is through the Resident Portal or the Resident Portal Mobile App, which allows for e-check and credit card payments (please note that service fees may apply). To submit your payment, visit our community website and select 'Residents' to log in. You can also download the Resident Portal Mobile App on your preferred Android or Apple device to pay your rent. Additionally, we accept check and money order payments at our leasing office.
What kind of appliances do the Residences at Pier 40 kitchens have?
Our Philadelphia apartments are equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, and microwave.
Do the Residences at Pier 40 apartments have in-home washers and dryers?
Yes, we have in-home washers and dryers to make laundry a breeze.
Do the kitchen sinks at Residences at Pier 40 have a garbage disposal?
Yes, our sinks are equipped with garbage disposals.
Are the apartment homes at Residences at Pier 40 wired for WiFi? Is Wi-Fi included with my rent payment?
Apartments are wired but Wi-Fi is not included in the rent payment. Residents may select a provider to set up Wi-Fi for their apartment.
What property amenities are included at Residences at Pier 40?
Residents enjoy access to a variety of amenities, including a fitness center, roof terrace, game room, TV lounge, dog park, and sundeck. The property also features a courtyard, bike room, storage options, covered parking, and controlled building access. Plus, we’re proudly pet-friendly!
What are the hours of the leasing office?
Our offices are open Monday thru Friday from 9am to 5pm. Outside of these hours, our leasing team is available by appointment only.
Do you allow pets at Residences at Pier 40? What is the pet policy?
Pets are allowed with prior approval and registration. Two pets per household are allowed. Breed and weight restrictions apply and a monthly pet rent will be charged per pet, per month.
